Shifting Schedule: Morning & Night Shift, with an alternate Saturday schedule (2 Saturdays per month)

Required Experience:
・Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
・With 5–10 years of relevant work experience in the same industry
・Strong knowledge of project/program management and injection molding processes
・Intermediate English communication skills
・Willing to work on-site in Sto. Tomas, Batangas
・Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in injection molding
・Experience in customer communication and team management

Responsibilities:
・Lead and support new product introduction projects, applying advanced project and program management principles.
・Identify and manage project risks, create mitigation plans, and ensure successful execution.
・Oversee injection molding machine parameter adjustments and tool setting.
・Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project success.
・Review, arrange, and monitor product samples to meet quality requirements.
・Identify and resolve tooling issues that fail to meet standards.
・Recommend appropriate injection machines for different product levels.
・Work with customers and management to establish standards for product design and production.
