Job description:

  • Supporting supplier development activities including supplier selection, qualification and process audits.
  • Tracking NPI project schedules, deliverables, and risk mitigation plans; reports status to management.
  • Assisting in the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to improve yield, reduce cost and shorten cycle time.
  • Managing engineering change orders (ECO's) related to manufacturing processes and support engineering change management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a graduate of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, or any related field.
  • With 0-3 years of experience in manufacturing product development or engineering.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Analytical thinker & has adaptability skills.
  • Basic Knowledge of statistical tools (SPC, Minitab, Excel-based analysis.
