The HR Total Rewards Specialist is a key member of the Human Resources team responsible for designing, implementing, and managing employee compensation and benefits programs. They specialize in creating competitive and equitable compensation packages, including salaries, bonuses, and incentives, as well as comprehensive benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives. By analyzing market trends and employee needs, they ensure that the organization's total rewards strategy aligns with its goals and supports employee satisfaction and retention. Additionally, they may provide guidance on regulatory compliance and assist in developing strategies to attract and retain top talent.Develop Key Relationships• Establish and build relationships with multiple internal/external (offshore/onshore) customersManage Risk and Compliance• Monitor Company compensation and pension programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws, standards, and Work Council agreements in order to guarantee Business programs are fully integrated with statutory programs within each countryQualification • Bachelor's degree - Preferred Math background (graduate of any engineering, math, stat, etc.)• 4 years of experience in TR experience specifically on planning and strategy• 3 years analytics experience (analyzing, insights and recommendation)• Advanced excel knowledge and experience (pivot and VLOOKUP)• Good collaboration skills• Good presentation skills• Good communication skillsInternal:• With experience in HR (excel, collaboration, presentation and communication)• With Analytics experience (excel, collaboration, presentation and communication)Good to Have:• Knowledgeable on different tools used for analytics (e.g. Power BI)• macro and VBA
