Executive Assistant/Admin Officer

Makati, Philippines Infinitus Marketing Solutions Inc Full time

-Provide high level of administrative support and assistance to the Executives.-Perform clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, invoices, reports, and other documents.-Arrange travels and accommodations, attend meetings and record minutes. -Perform other office tasks including maintaining record, manage accounts and perform basic bookkeeping.-Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies. -Act as the point of contact among executives, clients, and other external partners.-Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment. -Support team by performing tasks related to events and other activities.-Provide general support to visitors and other employees to ensure efficient operation of office.-Organize and maintain the office filling system, both electronic and physical.-Perform other related duties as assigned.
