Salary: 25,000 - 35,000With Saturday scheduleRequired Experience:-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.-Must be a licensed Mechanical Engineer.-With at least 3-5 years of experience in building maintenance and handling DOLE, PEZA, and DENR requirements.-Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.-Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment-Can work with minimal supervision.Job Description-Execute delivery of facility services, including house and building services, interior and exterior maintenance, transport, safety and security-Review current facilities' best practices and trends to facilitate effective delivery of facilities services-Assist with implementing facility operations processes defined by regional and/or senior facilities leadership-Monitor site-specific facility operations standards and processes (e.g., emergency procedures,facility initiatives and security standards and processes) as necessary-Work with internal customers to identify and address emerging facility requirements and issues (e.g., scheduling janitorial services to minimize disruption of customers' work activities)
