Problem-solving: Troubleshoot issues that arise on the road or with scheduling, and find solutions to keep deliveries on track.

Compliance: Ensure drivers and operations comply with all relevant transportation regulations and laws.

Administrative tasks: Handle administrative duties such as preparing dispatch documents, generating shipping manifests, and entering data into dispatch software.
