Job Summary
We’re hiring for Junior IT Developer with Java experience to build and maintain scalable web service applications. You’ll work across the full development lifecycle from design to deployment while collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting junior developers. This role combines hands-on coding with client-facing communication and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities
Participate in daily stand-ups to review progress and plan tasks
Design, develop, test, and deploy web service applications using Spring Boot and related toolkits
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that meets coding standards
Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality
Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications
Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement software enhancements
Ensure solutions align with architectural guidelines and business goals
Mentor junior developers and support their growth
Stay current with industry trends through training and skill development
Collaborate with team members to define and apply best practices
Communicate project updates and progress to clients and stakeholder

Qualifications
With knowledge / experience in Java and web service development
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and coding standards
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
Effective communication and collaboration abilities
Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments is a plus
