Position: Human Resources Assistant Manager (Batangas)

Salary Range: Php 65,000 – Php 80,000
Work Schedule: Day Shift
Work Setup: Onsite
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and employee relations
Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and personnel documentation in compliance with labor laws and company policies
Demonstrate strong competencies in planning, organizing, problem-solving, decision-making, leadership, and control
Supervise day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth and efficient office functions
Lead, coach, and motivate the HR and administrative teams to achieve operational excellence
Qualifications
Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or any Business-related course
At least 7 years of managerial experience in Human Resources
With experience in Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) negotiations
Experience with ISO, HACCP, and GMP certifications related to HR operations is an advantage
Amenable to attend interviews (online and face-to-face)
Available to start as soon as possible
