Scheduling and Recruiting VA

Tasks Required:Manage and organize client’s calendar.Schedule meetings, appointments, and events.Send reminders and follow-ups to ensure timely attendance.Post job openings on relevant platforms.Screen resumes and schedule interviews.Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.Handle email correspondence, prioritizing and responding as needed.Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making.Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.Liaise with team members to ensure seamless project coordination.Other ad hoc tasks that would be assigned Requirements:Proven work experience as a General Virtual Assistant or a relevant roleFamiliarity with recruitment processes is preferred.Experience in scheduling and coordinating appointments.Ability to arrange trade services and oversee their completion.Basic understanding of social media platforms and advertising tools.Familiarity with digital marketing tools and trends.Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP (GSuite, Zoom, Slack, Asana, Notion, etc.)Strong proficiency in office software and communication toolsKnowledge of online calendars and scheduling (ex. Calendly, Google Calendar)Excellent verbal and written English communication skillsDiscretion and the ability to handle confidential informationExcellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skillsHighly organized and detail-oriented; able to efficiently prioritize multiple tasksAdaptability and a proactive mindsetAbility to work independently and in a team-oriented environmentSelf-disciplined and organized; able to consistently perform with limited supervision
