Position: Event Project Coordinator
Industry: Healthcare Technology
Location: BGC, Taguig City (Postal Code: 1634)
Work Setup: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite per week)
Salary Range: Php 30,000 – Php 40,000
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma holder
At least 2 to 3 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or related roles
Experience in event coordination and contract management
Willing to work on a 6-month project-based engagement
Amenable to start as soon as possible
Must be able to attend interviews (onsite or online)
Responsibilities
Provide project or program support to assigned functional groups or business processes
Monitor the status, budgets, and timelines of projects, programs, or systems
Ensure all projects follow required frameworks, standards, and proper documentation
Create and maintain a project management calendar to meet project goals and deadlines
Deliver technical support, conducting program or system training
