About the Role:
We are looking for an efficient, enthusiastic, and strategic Creative Manager to lead the brand’s creative direction and execution. This role is vital in supporting the overall marketing strategy, ensuring consistent branding and high-impact visuals across all platforms. The ideal candidate is a team-oriented leader with strong stakeholder management skills and a passion for developing creative solutions that drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:
● Lead the end-to-end creative development process — from concept to final execution — for all marketing campaigns, advertising materials, product visuals, and digital content.
● Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing to ensure all creative outputs are aligned with brand strategy and business goals.
● Create compelling designs and content for social media, packaging, print ads, signage, product catalogs, and promotional materials.
● Supervise internal designers and coordinate with external creative agencies, freelancers, or production teams as needed.
● Ensure consistent brand identity and tone across all consumer touchpoints.
● Drive innovation and creativity in design while maintaining efficiency and timelines.
● Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality outputs and timely delivery.
● Work closely with internal stakeholders (sales, product, digital, etc.) to gather insights and deliver creative solutions that meet cross-functional needs.
● Stay updated on design, branding, and advertising trends—particularly within the consumer electronics industry.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, Design, or a related field.
● At least 3–5 years of experience in a creative or marketing role, preferably in consumer electronics.
● Strong background in branding, advertising, creative direction, and digital marketing.
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) is required.
● Experience in creative signage, layout design, and social media content creation.
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
● Proven ability to lead a creative team and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
● Highly efficient, organized, and detail-oriented.
● Strong collaboration skills and a positive team-player attitude.
● Must be willing to work onsite near Arca South, Taguig.
