POSITION TITLE: Client Success Manager
WORK LOCATION: Ilo-Ilo City, Philippines
SALARY RANGE: PHP 60,000+ (Fixed Salary)
EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full-time | Night Shift

ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Success Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will oversee client relationships, ensure campaign success, and act as the key liaison between the company and clients. This role requires someone with strong communication, sales, and client management skills who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, ensuring campaign success and demonstrating the value of our services.

DUTIES:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including key stakeholders and C-level executives.
Serve as the primary client liaison, collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
Manage client communications and operations, including leading virtual and in-person meetings to maximize engagement and uncover new opportunities.
Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to clients, ensuring alignment with client goals and expectations.
Monitor and manage client accounts using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), tracking KPIs and engagement metrics.
Participate in client acquisition activities, including delivering presentations, nurturing leads, and closing deals.
Contribute to product development and roadmap planning by integrating client feedback.
Proactively minimize client attrition through strategic renewal tactics and issue resolution.
Ensure all client-specific KPIs are met or exceeded, adjusting strategies as necessary.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2 years of experience managing mid-size to enterprise accounts, preferably with global companies in the US and EU regions.
Minimum 2 years of experience in online sales, with proven ability to generate leads and close deals in a digital environment.
Demonstrated success in onboarding, managing, and retaining clients, with high client satisfaction and account renewal rates.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex client environments.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and storytelling skills; comfortable engaging with decision-makers and C-level executives.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Technical knowledge of B2B lead generation and sales processes is a plus.
Prior experience in sales or marketing in a client-facing role is advantageous.
