Recognized as the industry's youngest and fastest-growing real estate advisory company in the country, we are trusted by the top 100 developers in the Philippines and by several Fortune 500 companies around the world.The company has been consistently providing effective real estate solutions to a wide scope of clients, ranging from landowners, investors, tenants, and others in between.Responsibilities:* Maintain regular communication with landlords and tenants to understand their future property requirements and address their needs effectively.* Manage the entire leasing process on behalf of both landlords and tenants, including site inspections, leasing proposals, negotiations, and finalizing lease agreements.* Conduct daily cold calls and arrange meetings with prospective clients.* Cultivate strong customer relationships to generate a substantial volume of prospective clients.* Develop and maintain an extensive database of property listings.* Record and monitor fees payable to PRIME.* Stay actively informed about the real estate market in the Philippines, ensuring a high standard of knowledge.* Proactively explore new solutions and opportunities within the real estate sector.* Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team to contribute to the marketing strategies for leasing projects.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.With at least 3 years of experience in leasing management, preferably within the real estate industry.Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.Customer-centric approach with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.Based in Cebu/Davao or willing to be relocated in Cebu/DavaoWhy Join Us:* Opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the brokerage services direction of a respected real estate consultancy firm.* Collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages creativity and innovation.* Competitive compensation package that includes basic salary, commission, and incentives* Career growth and advancement opportunities as the company continues to expand.* Chance to work with a diverse team of professionals who are passionate about the real estate industry.* Statutory benefits with HMO, leave, incentive, rewards, and other support given by the management.
