Location: Bacoor, CaviteWork Setup: Full OnsiteSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job DescriptionThe Demand Planner is responsible for forecasting product demand, managing inventory levels, and ensuring optimal stock availability across stores and warehouses. This role plays a key part in supporting supply chain efficiency by analyzing data trends, monitoring stock aging, and coordinating closely with Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Purchasing teams—particularly within a fast-paced FMCG environment. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and track stock aging to reduce excess inventory and minimize wasteAnalyze historical sales and inventory data to develop accurate demand forecastsCollaborate with Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams to account for promotions and demand-driving activitiesTrack and manage replenishment requirements for stores and remote warehousesConduct regular inventory reviews to ensure optimal stock levels and product availabilityEvaluate inventory turnover rates and recommend improvementsReview forecast accuracy and refine demand models as neededIdentify discrepancies, stock aging issues, and inefficiencies to provide actionable insightsPrepare and present demand planning and inventory reports to stakeholdersImplement best practices in demand planning and inventory managementSupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall supply chain performance Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field1–2 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, or a related roleStrong background and understanding of the FMCG industryProficiency in demand forecasting tools, ERP systems, inventory management software, and advanced ExcelSolid understanding of inventory management principles, stock aging, and replenishment processesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaborationAbility to analyze data trends and make data-driven recommendationsCapable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
