1. Accounts Receivable & Payable Management
- Process and monitor accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) transactions accurately and on time.
- Reconcile discrepancies and follow up on overdue accounts to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to resolve billing and payment issues.

2. Treasury and Cash Flow Management
- Assist in monitoring daily cash balances and forecasts.
- Support in managing disbursements, bank transactions, and fund allocations.
- Ensure liquidity is maintained for daily operational needs and planned obligations.

3. Financial Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in preparing financial analyses to support management's strategic decisions.
- Maintain organized financial records and support audits as needed.

4. Compliance and Regulatory Support
- Guide new models on industry expectations, posing techniques, and portfolio building.
- Ensure all financial practices comply with local accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of tax filings and government reports.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and industry standards.

5. Budgeting and Financial Planning
- Support in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Perform variance analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas of improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial controls and procedures.
