Job Description: ・Share instructions from the management team and coordinate with other departments based on their feedback. ・Monitor, record, and report quality and yield performance to supervisors. ・Investigate the root causes of yield drops or quality issues and propose improvement measures based on the "5-Gen principle" (Genba, Genbutsu, Genjitsu, Genri, Gensoku - meaning real place, real thing, real fact, real principle, and real rule). ・Participate in quality meetings with the head office in Japan. ・Manage departmental schedules and planning. ・Prepare materials for monthly quality reports. (After becoming familiar with the duties) Propose training for continuous improvement. ・Support the maintenance and modification of the quality management system. ・Verify product requirements and respond to quality issues. ・Conduct regular work reviews and progress checks. ・Assist engineers and team members with root cause analysis and improvement activities. ・Plan, implement, and report on yield improvement and production efficiency enhancement plans.
