RESPONSIBILITIES:Executes tests, collects, and analyzes data and results, identifies trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaignsTracks, reports, and analyzes website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaignsManages campaign expenses, stays on budget, estimates monthly costs, and reconciles discrepanciesOptimizes copy and landing pages for search engine marketingPerforms ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimizationResearches and implements search engine optimization recommendationsResearches and analyzes competitor advertising linksWorks with the Web development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed websitesWorks with the Social Media team to drive SEO in content creation and content programmingRecommends changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywordsConducts keyword ResearchInstalls Google Analytics and Search Console on your websiteEvaluates the content quality and removes low-quality pagesIdentifies and fixes major crawler errorsMeasures website uptime and page speedImplements on-site SEO for webpagesConducts Off-site SEO strategies including topic strategy, content submission, and backlinkingImplements local SEO and optimizes the Google My Business PageMonitors website analytics and evaluates website ranking on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basisREQUIREMENTS:One to three years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaignsUnderstands search engine algorithms and ranking methodsExperience with SEO industry programs, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or other web analytics toolsKnowledge of keyword research and data miningAble to complete a competitive analysis and create reportsCan efficiently communicate with other marketing professionals to align goalsMust be enthusiastic and willing to collaborate with others within the marketing department to manage SEO strategyFamiliarity with WordPress or other content management systemsUnderstands web structures and able to write HTML, JavaScript snippets is a plusGeneral RequirementsGood command of the English languageMust be 18 years of age and aboveA headset with a noise-canceling feature and a high-definition webcamDevice SpecificationIntel core i3 (6th to 12th gen), i5, i7 or AMD equivalent is highly requiredWindows or Mac is acceptableAt least 8GB of RAM with 60 GB of free hard disk space availableNetwork Requirements10 Mbps DSL/Fiber Internet connection (USB sticks, signal-based & wireless connections are not allowed)
