Responsibilities:• Preparing pre-construction documents like method statements and inspection/test plans.• Analyzing incoming materials against approved submittals and specifications.• Coordinating installation activities with other trades and conducting site inspections.• Generating Nonconformity Reports for quality infractions and ensuring compliance with project specifications.• Maintaining approved documentation files and documenting testing activities for client submissions.• Verifying material quantities and supporting project invoicing.• Conducting pre-commissioning activities and closing out punch list items related to quality assurance.• Creating engineering specifications and preliminary HVAC designs while providing cost estimates and material takeoffs.• Ensuring project compliance with contract terms and collaborating with owners and contractors.• Utilizing expertise in mechanical design and CAD applications to develop specifications and interpret design drawings.Qualifications:• Graduate of BS Mechanical or Electrical Engineering• Must be a Registered Mechanical or Electrical Engineer• At least 3-5 years work experience in the related field• Willing to do field works/branch visits if needed• Candidates must be willing to work on-site at North Edsa, Quezon City
