Pasig City, Philippines Strategic Networks Inc. Full time

· Manage end-to-end recruitment for (agents, support, and leadership positions), including high-volume and ramp hiring.

· Conduct HR interviews onsite and offsite; screen candidates and endorse qualified applicants to accounts based on hiring requirements.

· Coordinate closely with account managers and operations to meet manpower targets and turnaround timelines.

· Source candidates through job portals, referrals, external advertisements, and candidate databanks.

· Ensure completeness and accuracy of candidate files, interview assessments, and hiring documentation.

· Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and deployment of new hires to assigned accounts.

· Administer performance appraisal processes and support employee movement within accounts.

· Handle employee relations concerns, disciplinary actions, and HR inquiries in a fast-paced BPO environment.

· Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave tracking, and HR databases.

· Support employee engagement, retention, and training coordination initiatives to reduce attrition.

· Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and BPO operational standards.

· Prepare HR and recruitment reports such as headcount, hiring status, and attrition updates.

· Support change management initiatives and implement HR strategies aligned with BPO business needs.



Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

· At least 3 years and above as HR Generalist, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment.

· Strong background in recruitment and HR operations.

· Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
