Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and communicative Systems Analyst to lead the analysis, design, implementation, and communication of IT and business system solutions. This role combines strong technical capabilities with exceptional coordination and communication skills, ensuring successful delivery of systems and smooth collaboration between onshore and offshore teams.

Handling the system department of Native Camp, one of the largest online English language schools in Japan, FORTY DEGREES CELSIUS INC., is engaged in the business of Information Technology (IT) and IT-enabled services such as web development, web translation, handling, and managing of computer data, processing, storage, systems design and analysis, creative services, programming, data communication, and consultancy for foreign clients.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze business and technical requirements to design effective IT and data solutions.
- Convert client and stakeholder requirements into well-defined, understandable system specifications.
- Develop implementation plans including configuration, integration, security, and long-term maintenance.
- Manage application roll-outs, data implementations, and upgrades across the organization.
- Participate in system design, documentation creation (e.g., guides, checklists, diagrams), and ongoing improvements.
- Support developers in meeting targets and resolving roadblocks.
- Investigate and resolve technical or workflow issues reported by users or team members.
- Provide training sessions and develop user knowledge bases to support application usage.
- Coordinate and contribute to the development of IT security policies and compliance measures.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or any related field
- 2+ years of experience in systems analysis, IT project coordination, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of system development life cycles and design practices.
- Proven ability to translate client/stakeholder requirements into technical documentation.
- Familiarity with data modeling, security best practices, and information systems architecture.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Highly organized, dependable, and responsive, especially in fast-paced or time-sensitive situations.
