Position Overview:As the Art Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our brand's visual identityacross all channels. You will lead a team of creative professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our brand image is consistently communicated and visually compelling. Theideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven fashion retail track record, a keen eye for design, apassion for storytelling, and a deep understanding of current industry trends.Key Responsibilities:1. Brand Visual Identity: Develop and maintain a solid and cohesive visual identity for the brand acrossall platforms, ensuring consistency in design elements, color schemes, and typography.2. Campaign Conceptualization: Lead the creative development of collection campaigns, collaboratingwith marketing and merchandising teams to align with business objectives while maintaining highcreativity and innovation.3. Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of designers, photographers, and other creativeprofessionals, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.4. Art Direction: Provide clear artistic direction for photoshoots, videos, website wireframes, offlinecollaterals, store window designs, and other creative projects, ensuring alignment with brand aestheticsand messaging.5. Trend Analysis: Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape to informand guide the brand's creative direction.6. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and e-commerce, to ensure creative initiatives align with overall business strategies.7. Budget Management: Responsible for managing the creative budget, ensuring optimal allocation ofresources for maximum impact.Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Art, Design, Fashion, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degreeis a plus. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in art direction with a strong portfolio showcasingsuccessful campaigns and projects. Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading and managing creative teams and fostering acollaborative and innovative work environment. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and a strongunderstanding of digital platforms and technologies. Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think strategically, translating business objectives intocreative concepts that resonate with the target audience. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability toeffectively present and articulate creative concepts. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projectssimultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
