Job Description

Healthcare Account – Temporary Work From Home (Limited Slots)
Handle customer inquiries for a healthcare client from the comfort of your home. Provide accurate and professional support via phone, email, or chat. This is a temporary WAH setup, and employees will be required to report onsite once needed.

Pioneer Healthcare Account – Onsite
Join as part of a pioneering team for a new healthcare account at Everise Cauayan. This is a great opportunity to be among the first hires, build your career, and grow with the program from day one.

Key Responsibilities (for both accounts)

Answer healthcare-related customer inquiries in a professional and helpful manner

Provide accurate information about benefits, accounts, and services

Assist customers with billing concerns, troubleshooting, or claims-related inquiries

Document customer interactions correctly in the system

Collaborate with teammates and leaders to meet account performance goals

Ensure excellent customer service in every interaction

Qualifications

At least Senior High School Graduate (old curriculum HS graduates also welcome)

Good English communication skills (verbal and written)

Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems

Willing to work at Everise Cauayan, Isabela

Additional Requirements for Healthcare Account – Temporary WAH (Limited Slots):

Proof of Billing (address must match applicant’s residence)

Reliable Internet Service Provider (wired connection preferred)

Home address should be close to Everise Cauayan office for easy transition back onsite
