QUALIFICATIONS:•Bachelor Degree Graduate of any four year’s course•With selling experience in construction related or FMCG products is an advantage•Knowledgeable and has wide range of clients in general trade (Hardware stores) is an advantage•Know how to handle existing accounts and create/open new accounts•Willing to do field works and knows how to drive (automatic and manual)•At least two (2) years supervisory experience in Sales•Articulate on how he/she does sales management•Must be Davao City-based and is willing to travel in MindanaoJOB SUMMARY:The Assistant District Sales Manager shall be responsible for executing the plans & programs that are laid down by the Regional Sales Manager or by the Marketing Manager in his assigned district. Expected to improve the efficiency of execution by identifying potential problems followed by implementation of solutions within area coverage. Execute annual sales strategy as given by the Regional Sales Manager and ensure achievement of business targets of area coverage. Provides weekly, monthly & annual reports as required by the Regional Sales Manager and provides analysis on how to make things better and prevent inefficiency in the execution of the business plan. Responsible for the Credit and collection activities, NRP & marketing program execution, and regular visitation of districts' covered accounts.
