Job Summary:
The Outbound Sales Representative is responsible for reaching out to prospective customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels to promote company products or services, generate leads, and close sales. The role requires strong communication and persuasion skills to build relationships, meet sales targets, and contribute to business growth.
Key responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to prospective clients.
Present and explain products or services, highlighting features and benefits.
Qualify leads, identify customer needs, and recommend suitable solutions.
Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or customer service is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Goal-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
Resilient, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
High level of professionalism and customer service focus.
Work Environment:
Office-based or hybrid setup (depending on company policy).
May require flexible working hours depending on client locations.
With uncapped commissions.
