In-Store Visual Merchandising:Design and implement in-store displays that attract customers, showcase new arrivals, and highlight promotions, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing shopping experience.Create seasonal or themed in-store displays that align with the brand's aesthetic and current marketing campaigns.Organize clothing by style, color, and trend to encourage easy browsing and increase sales.Ensure that product placement in-store highlights the brand's identity, and supports merchandising goals for maximum sales impact.E-Commerce Visual Merchandising:Collaborate with the owner to determine which clothing items to feature in online collections, ensuring a strong visual narrative that reflects the brand's values and current trends.Photograph clothing and accessories for the online store, ensuring high-quality images that show products from multiple angles, with accurate color representation.Edit and optimize images for the website, ensuring they align with e-commerce best practices and present the clothing in a way that maximizes appeal.Work closely with the digital marketing team to design promotional banners, product display pages, and seasonal visuals for the online store.Product Photography:Set up and manage photo shoots for new collections, ensuring all clothing is styled and photographed in a way that aligns with the brand's image.Manage the product photography process, from organizing clothing to directing models (or using mannequins), ensuring high-quality and consistent images.Edit and retouch photos to meet the standards of the online store, maintaining consistency across product listings.Collaboration with Owner and Marketing Team:Work directly with the owner to understand the brand's vision and business goals, using this insight to shape in-store and online displays.Provide feedback on product assortment, placements, and visual direction to ensure the brand's aesthetics are effectively communicated to customers.Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute visual campaigns that reflect seasonal themes or sales promotions, both in-store and online.Visual Strategy for Promotions and Sales:Implement visually appealing displays for sales events, limited-time promotions, and seasonal collections that drive customer engagement and sales.Use customer insights and sales data to create and refine visual strategies for both in-store and online marketing.Inventory and Visual Merchandising Maintenance:Regularly monitor and update in-store displays to ensure they remain fresh, relevant, and aligned with inventory levels.Ensure that all online product displays and images are current and reflect new arrivals, sales, or promotions.
