About the Role
  • Design and create visually appealing in-store displays and fixtures.
  • Collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams to ensure displays align with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
  • Oversee the installation and maintenance of displays, ensuring they remain visually appealing and merchandised effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with visual merchandising trends and techniques to continuously improve the in-store experience.
  • Mentor and train store teams on best practices for maintaining display standards.
  • Contribute to the development of new visual concepts and strategies.

Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in visual merchandising or retail display design.
  • Strong visual and creative skills with a keen eye for design, color, and spatial awareness.
  • Proficiency in using design software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for retail and a deep understanding of consumer behavior and shopping trends.
