Financial Payroll Campaign – CSR (SIGN ON BONUS 50K)

Salary Range: Up to ₱30,000
Qualifications:
1 year BPO experience with 6 months chat support OR 1 year payroll experience
At least a High School (Old/New Curriculum) Graduate
Good to above-average English communication skills
Amenable to work onsite at Ortigas

Job Description:
As a Payroll CSR, you’ll support customers with payroll-related concerns, account inquiries, and employee compensation issues through chat and voice. Your role ensures smooth payroll processes while delivering excellent customer service.

FinTech Fraud Management Campaign – CSR (SIGN ON BONUS 30K)
Salary Range: Up to ₱25,000
Qualifications:
At least 1 year Financial BPO experience
Experience handling fraud prevention or investigations
International account experience required (no local accounts)
Good to above-average English communication skills
Amenable to work onsite

Job Description:
As a Fraud Management CSR, you’ll monitor, investigate, and resolve fraudulent transactions. You’ll help protect customers by analyzing suspicious activity, verifying accounts, and ensuring compliance with security policies.

FinTech Sanction Screening Campaign – CSR
Salary Range: Up to ₱27,000
Qualifications:
At least 1 year Financial BPO experience
Experience conducting screenings of individuals, transactions, and entities for compliance
International account experience only (no local)
Good to above-average English communication skills
Amenable to work onsite

As a Sanction Screening CSR, you’ll be responsible for reviewing transactions and accounts against global sanction lists to ensure compliance with financial regulations. Your role helps safeguard companies and customers from financial risk.

FinTech Know Your Customer (KYC) Campaign – CSR (SIGN ON BONUS 30K)
Salary Range: Up to ₱25,000
Qualifications:
At least 1 year Financial BPO experience
Experience in KYC processes: customer identification & verification
International account experience only (no local)
Good to above-average English communication skills
Amenable to work onsite

As a KYC CSR, you’ll verify customer information and documentation to meet compliance standards. You will play a vital role in ensuring identity validation, fraud prevention, and account security.

FinTech Chargeback & Disputes Campaign – CSR (SIGN ON BONUS 30K)
Salary Range: Up to ₱25,000
Qualifications:
At least 1 year Financial BPO experience
Experience handling chargebacks, disputes, fraud analysis, and credit card transactions (authorized & unauthorized)
International account experience only (no local)
Good to above-average English communication skills
Amenable to work onsite

Job Description:
As a Chargeback & Disputes CSR, you’ll assist customers with credit card disputes, chargebacks, and fraud analysis. You’ll ensure that every claim is carefully investigated while delivering excellent customer support.

Must be 18 years old and above
High School Graduate (Old or New Curriculum) or higher
Strong English communication skills
