- Graduate of any college degree in Business Administration or any similar. - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply but must have related administrative internship experience.- Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple processes and requests.- Proficiency in MS Office Tools most importantly Microsoft Excel. - With proven good attendance and punctuality records; willing to commit to the work schedule.- Preferably someone who lives near Makati as they will often render OT.- Keen with details - able to detect wrong information based on a reference material i.e. applicant’s id and application form - File management and administrative experience such as filing, sorting, typing using excel and word an advantage.- Must be willing to work onsite on the given location. - Must be willing to render minimum of 2 OT hours per day. - Must be willing to work during weekends and holidays.
