1. Performs incoming inspection and test of raw and packaging materials and chemicals using approved ARC methods and equipment. (Concentrate, Chemicals)

2. Performs analysis of in-process materials.

3. Performs beverage analysis (in-plant, stockpile, trade samples), water (raw & treated, sample) and wastewater analysis.

4. Performs sensory evaluation test.

5. Document and keep records of all test results for traceability purposes.

6. Informs Laboratory Manager in case of detected deviation for proper evaluation and resolution.

7. Prepares documents of monthly samples for shipment to RCCI.

8. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
