The Fuel Station Supervisor will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities at the fuel station, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards, and delivering excellent customer service.Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations of the fuel station, including fuel dispensing, inventory management, and cash handling procedures.- Supervise and train station staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent performance and customer service.- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for fuel and related products as needed.- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues effectively and professionally.- Perform regular inspections of equipment and facilities, coordinating maintenance and repairs when necessary.- Manage scheduling, and administrative tasks related to station operations.- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.Qualifications:- College Graduate; additional education or certifications in management or related fields preferred.- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the fuel or retail industry.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in basic computer operations.- Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in the fuel industry.- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.- Good communication skill- Good interpersonal skill- Possess good moral character
