The Fuel Station Supervisor will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities at the fuel station, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards, and delivering excellent customer service.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the fuel station, including fuel dispensing, inventory management, and cash handling procedures.
  • Supervise and train station staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent performance and customer service.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for fuel and related products as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues effectively and professionally.
  • Perform regular inspections of equipment and facilities, coordinating maintenance and repairs when necessary.
  • Manage scheduling, and administrative tasks related to station operations.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate; additional education or certifications in management or related fields preferred.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the fuel or retail industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations.
  • Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in the fuel industry.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
