-At least one year working experience or at least an OJT on actual marketing or digital work.
-Above average communication skills (speaking and writing)
-Good interpersonal skills.
-Leadership qualities and potential
-Creativity, knowledge in photography, artwork creation and editing is an advantage but not required.
-Quick learner
-Independent worker
-Can operate Microsoft Office, above average in powerpoint

RESPONSIBILTIES:
*ONLINE STORE DEVELOPMENT
-Develops new channels such as Lazada, Shoppee, Grab Mart, and penetrate online hubs and market places and link to our online store
-Set-up stores in Lazada/Shoppee
-Establish new processes related to the new channels and turnover to Direct Sales (from acceptance of orders, answering inquiries, delivery, collection and managing returns/refunds)
-Coordinate and lead organization to be able to serve these new channels smoothly
-Monitors progress, analyzes sales data and makes sure that targets are achieved

*DIGITAL MARKETING
o Prepares plan for posting in Social Media accounts. Ensures that all products are promoted and the items that need more exposure are highlighted.
o Manage social media accounts and coordinate closely with Direct Sales Representative regarding orders and inquiries
o Prepares photos and artworks and edits them for posting in social media accounts and in Shopify store
o Prepares digital media plan and executes the plan
o Analyzes efficiency and results of digital marketing spending and other efforts
o Check on tools on how to analyze social media footprint and impact
o Relaunch/Face lift of websites and establish appropriate links/networks
o Future: Assist in Shopify back-end work

*RETAIL AND INSTITUTIONAL CHANNELS
o Prepares brand plan for key products.
o Plans below-the-line POP materials for all channels and coordinates execution across channels. Ensures consistency in messaging across media channels.

*NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
o Assists in development of packaging and labels, brand plan, launch and execution of plan.
o Coordinates closely with all other functions to ensure smooth execution of plans.
o Closely monitors sales performance and prepares proposals to help push sales.

Can work under pressure with minimal supervision
