Job Requirements:
✨ Bachelor’s Degree Holder in Business Administration or any related course
✨At least 5 years of work experience in General Affairs or in administrative work
✨At least 3 years of work experience in Supervisory work
✨Experience working in a Japanese manufacturing firm
✨Willing to work fully on site

Job Responsibilities:
✨ Process employment permits and visas to ensure timely and accurate compliance.
✨ Ensure compliance with labor and immigration laws, keeping all procedures aligned with regulations.
✨ Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records for smooth HR and administrative operations.
✨ Coordinate travel arrangements, including hotel bookings and transportation for visitors.
✨ Provide administrative support to internal departments as needed.
✨ Oversee and maintain factory cleanliness, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
