Salary: Negotiable
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Dayshift)
Work Set up: Work on site

Job Requirements:
✨ Bachelor’s Degree Holder in Business Administration or any related course
✨At least 3-5 years of work experience in General Affairs or in administrative work
✨Knowledgeable in processing DOLE, BIR, and PEZA is an advantage.
✨Experience working in manufacturing company is a plus
✨Willing to work fully on site

Job Responsibilities:
✨ Responsible in processing employment permit and visa
✨ Ensuring compliance with labor and immigration laws,
✨ Maintaining accurate and updated employee records.
✨Responsible for arranging hotel bookings and transportation for visitors.
✨Assist and support internal departments with administrative requirements.
