Treasury DepartmentManage incoming paymentsDeposit received fundsWrite outgoing chequesDocument all business financial transactionsManage formal reports and company bank statementsCheck, inspect and verify daily cash transactionsCheck, verify and reconcile bank deposits and bank payments.Performing risk management (liquidity, interest rates, ventures etc.)Assuming responsibility for cash management proceduresSupports treasury and cash management operations and helps develop strategies to maximize efficiencies, safeguard assets and minimize costs.Perform other task assigned by the supervisor or by the management2. Collection DepartmentWill create and send the SOA on a weekly basic; Call and email follow up on different clients: will monitor the 2307 clearing; will clean-up the assigned accountEnsuring that each payment are immediate posted etc.3. Tax DepartmentCompliance with tax requirements and filingsQualifications:Must be a Graduate (4 years) of Accountancy, Accounting Information System or Major in Financial ManagementWith knowledge in Microsoft Applications and Proficient with ExcelMust be Proficient in the English Language (communication)Have retained knowledge regarding Finance related jargons/rulesKeen to details and with analyzation skillsCan work under pressureEager to learn and willing to work OvertimeWith pleasing personality
