Position Title: Collection ManagerLocation: Alabang, Muntinlupa CityWork Setup: On-siteSchedule: Monday to Friday | Day ShiftSalary Range: PHP 50,000 60,000 Job Summary: The Collection Manager will be responsible for overseeing the companys collection operations, ensuring timely payments, managing delinquent accounts, and maintaining healthy cash flow. This role plays a critical part in minimizing financial risk and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead the collections team in managing receivables and reducing overdue accounts.Develop and implement effective collection strategies and policies.Monitor daily collections performance and ensure targets are met.Review aging reports, resolve billing disputes, and negotiate payment terms with clients when necessary.Coordinate with the Sales, Accounting, and Legal departments on account statuses and escalations.Prepare regular reports on collection performance, bad debts, and risk analysis for management.Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant credit and collections laws. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or any related field.At least 5 years of experience in collections, with 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
