We're Hiring: Geotechnical Design Engineer
Location: Quezon City
Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for a Geotechnical Design Engineer to join our growing technical team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about ground engineering, soil mechanics, and designing safe, cost-effective foundation solutions for various geotechnical construction projects.

Qualifications:
- Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC)
- Preferably with specialization or strong background in Geotechnical Engineering
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in geotechnical design (fresh board passers are welcome to apply)
- Solid understanding of ground improvement techniques, soil mechanics, and structural interactions
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently or with a team
- Willing to be assigned in Quezon City and travel to project sites as required

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attends pre-bid meetings to assess project scope and technical requirements
- Conducts site visits prior to design preparation
- Reviews geotechnical reports and construction plans prior to design development
- Perform geotechnical analysis and design of foundations, ground improvement and other related systems
- Reviews and provides input on drawings prepared by CAD operators
- Coordinates with project teams and ensures that geotechnical designs are properly implemented
- Monitors the assigned project until completion, providing technical support throughout
