REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✨Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin & English.
✨Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
✨Having at least 1 year of relevant experience in administration or general affairs; experience with large-scale projects or Chinese-funded companies is a plus.
✨Knowledgeable in common office software (e.g., MS Office).

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
✨Oversee daily admin operations for the project team, including office, assets, dorms, vehicles, materials, and logistics.
✨Assist with organizing meetings, events, and ensuring timely document filing and report submission.
✨Support safety management tasks, including inspections, emergency planning, and incident coordination.
✨Facilitate cross-department communication to ensure smooth administrative operations.
✨Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
