Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting.
At least 5-7 years of experience in Vendor Debits - Marketing Accounting.
At least 3 years leadership experience.
Amendable to attend online interview.
Amendable to work as soon as possible.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle the processing of marketing vendor invoices, including ensuring all charges are accurate and align with purchase orders and contracts.
Reconcile vendor statements and accounts to identify and resolve any discrepancies, overpayments, or errors.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve any billing or payment discrepancies promptly.
Act as a point of contact for vendors, answering inquiries and helping to maintain positive relationships.
