The role will be hired under ActiveOne Health, Inc. a subsidiary of Reliance United, operated by our parent company, United Laboratories Inc. (Unilab), is a leading corporate clinic and wellness services management company in the Philippines.Job DescriptionThe Recruitment Supervisor's primary responsibility is to manage and oversee all recruitment activities and develop and implement successful recruitment strategies.Duties and Responsibilities- Ensuring that the recruitment team is properly plotted every month, or as needed.- Closely monitor the tickets being raised and check on the fill rate on a day-to-day basis. Flag critical items, especially those needing approval from internal leads.- Update tracker/s timely and accurately.- Ensure the response rate of the team is less than 12 hours for critical items and less than 24 hours for non-critical concerns.- Consistent touchpoints with other teams, such as, but not limited to - AMT, CMT, Workforce, and Payroll, to ensure proper deployment of on-site relievers.Background and Qualifications- Must be a graduate of a 4-year course, preferably with a background in Human Resource Management.- With at least 2 years experience in a related field, and has had experience in managing a team of recruiters handling mass hiring.- Must be willing to work on-site.- Must be flexible with work schedule. Work is 5 days/week, but is amenable to cover different shifts as needed.- Must be willing to be on call/on standby to support the 7-day team operations, even during holidays.
