RESPONSIBILITIES:• Promoting and selling company health products, specifically medications, to doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals within Ethical Operations such as hospitals, doctors' clinics, etc.• Scheduling appointments with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to present and promote company medications.• Developing a comprehensive understanding of company medications, including their uses, benefits, and competitive advantages.• Establishing and nurturing strong business relationships with customers to facilitate repeat purchases and brand loyalty.• Following up on leads generated by the company and effectively converting them into sales opportunities.• Preparing and delivering persuasive presentations to potential customers, highlighting the value proposition of company medications.• Conducting research on competitors' medications and their market performances to identify competitive strengths and weaknesses.• Staying updated on new developments in the medical field and assessing their impact on the company's business strategies.REQUIREMENTS:• Demonstrated experience as a Medical Representative or similar role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, preferably within Ethical Operations such as hospitals, doctors' clinics, etc.• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with healthcare professionals.• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.• Excellent communication and presentation skills.• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
