Duties and Responsibilities:
- A service engineer reports to the Technical Supervisor.
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and evaluation of machines to ensure functionality and operational efficiency.
- Conduct machine alignment, calibration, quality control, testing, orientation, demos, and actual running with clients.
- Prepare and submit reports related to daily activities and responsibilities.
- Be “on call” to address client concerns beyond regular working hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications:
- PRC license not required, but strong skills in troubleshooting machines are necessary.
- Must be patient, hardworking, flexible, willing to learn, and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Must be fit to work, adaptable to changes, and willing to travel or be assigned nationwide.
- Willingness to work beyond office hours if required.

Must have:
- A graduate of BS ECE, BS in Electronics Engineering, including vocational courses related
to engineering that have an experience in the diagnostic field.
