Accounting Specialist

Job Summary:Reports Directly to the Finance Manager. Will handle all scopes of accounting from General ledger, Bookkeeping, Cost Accounting and Payroll.Responsibilities:Accounting and Payroll transactions.Governmental CompliancesAsset Management tracking and reportingPayable processing and recordingGovernmental compliance reportingCoordination with Treasury for processed payables.Maintain contracts with vendors.Reconciliation of vendor payables , accrual preparation , fixed Asset tracking.Perform other tasks as requiredQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or FinanceAtleast 2 years of related work experienceCPA is an advantage but not requiredAble to navigate Microsoft operating systemsAble to understand and operate accounting softwareAverage communication skillsProactive and keen to detailsMust be willing to work in Ortigas
