Qualifications & Requirements: Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role within the travel industry.Experience handling escalated cases and direct passenger communication is an advantage.Education: Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred). Technical Skills: Familiarity with GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is a strong advantage.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and online booking/reservation tools.
