About the role

North Taalsteel Corp. has an exciting opportunity for a Wheeler Truck Driver to join our dynamic team in Guiguinto Bulacan. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in our warehousing, storage and distribution operations, utilising your expertise in operating large vehicles to transport and deliver goods efficiently and safely.

What you'll be doing

-Driving and operating various types of wheeled trucks to transport and deliver goods as required

-Performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition

-Loading and unloading cargo as needed, using appropriate equipment and techniques

-Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and any incidents or issues

-Adhering to all relevant safety regulations and procedures to ensure the safe transportation of goods

-Providing excellent customer service by delivering goods on time and in good condition

What we're looking for

-Minimum 3 years of experience as a wheeler truck driver in the manufacturing, transport or logistics industries

-A valid driver's licence for the appropriate vehicle class, and a clean driving record

-Strong knowledge of road rules, safe driving practices, and vehicle maintenance

-Ability to handle and operate various types of wheeled trucks and equipment

-Good problem-solving and decision-making skills to address any issues that may arise during deliveries

-Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and colleagues

-Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required
