Job Requirements:
✨Bachelor’s degree holder
✨With at least 5 years of BPO experience in customer service and technical service desk environments.
✨With 3-4 years of experience in leadership role is a plus
✨Amenable to work on a shifting schedule
✨Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
✨ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality assurance through effective client engagement and communication.
✨Analyze and understand business and technical requirements; create, review, and validate solution designs and system architecture.
✨Contribute to project estimation, planning, and delivery by providing accurate technical and solution inputs.
✨Lead and mentor teams to deliver optimized, high-quality solutions while ensuring compliance with organizational standards, best practices, and processes.
✨Other tasks may be assigned by immediate superior
