Job Summary:
The Operations Supervisor ensures all store operations run efficiently across all locations by supervising store activities, aligning operations with company goals, and providing guidance to store teams. This role plays a key part in supporting the Operations Head with store performance, compliance, and staff development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular store walks (especially on weekends) to evaluate customer service, cleanliness, and product presentation.
• Implement company policies and initiatives across all stores.
• Monitor KPI targets, staffing concerns, and operational gaps.
• Assist in conflict resolution and coaching store personnel.
• Generate reports for the Operations Head and support data-based decisions.

Work Schedule:
• Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (flexible if extended store walks are needed)
• Workdays: 6days/week
• Day-Off: Weekday (rotational: Mon–Thu only)
• Required to work every Saturday and Sunday for in-store walkthroughs and spot checks

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or Retail Management.
• Minimum 3 years of retail operations or store supervision experience.
• Excellent leadership, conflict resolution, and multitasking abilities.
