Position: Payroll SpecialistLocation: BGC, On-siteSchedule: Night Shift, Monday to Friday Budget: up to 40,000 - 50,000 Join a dynamic and growing team as a Payroll Specialist, where your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will play a key role in supporting our US-based workforce. Were looking for someone with strong payroll experience whos comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide end-to-end support for payroll applications, including configuration, maintenance, and updatesWork with HR to enter new hires into ADP and ensure accurate payroll dataCompile and input employee time and payroll information using Excel and ADPDouble-check payroll details such as hours worked, deductions, and taxes before processingProcess and release paychecks for mailing or deliveryRespond to employee inquiries related to payroll mattersPrepare and submit necessary payroll reports to managers and accountingAssist the Payroll Manager in improving payroll processes and practicesPerform other related duties as needed Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, or a related fieldAt least three years of payroll experienceExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbalStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience using ADP is highly preferredComfortable working night shifts and adapting to US-based workflows If you are detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about getting payroll right, we would love to hear from you.
