Pinon Construction Inc is looking for:ACCOUNTING SUPERVISORSummary of Functions:Oversees Accounting operations, which include financial accounting, accounts payable, and payrollMajor Duties and Responsibilities:1. Evaluate all RFPs endorsed by the Accounting Officers.2. Review all supporting computations and documents of monthly withholding tax on compensationand expanded withholding tax.3. Annual Information Return of Creditable Income Taxes Withheld (Expanded)/Income PaymentsExempt from Withholding Tax (including the alphalist).4. Prepare alphalist for Annual Information Return of Income Taxes.5. Prepare accrual and analysis on VAT and EWT payments planning.6. Prepare computation for VAT filing.7. Annual Inventory List8. Review Accounts Payable Vouchers and submit listing.( Check Disbursement Vouchers andGeneral Journal Vouchers)9. Prepare reports:a. Cash balanceb. Bank reconciliationc. Financial statements10. Review admin payroll (except Department Heads)Skills/Qualifications:1. Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy; Certified Public Accountant with audit andaccounting background of at least 2 years combined.2. Technically competent in accounting, finance and taxation.3. With extensive experience in FS preparation, consolidation of data and analysis of different GLaccounts.4. With extensive experience in BIR tax forms filing (VAT, IT, EWT and WTC).5. With good oral and written communication skills in order to present information and respond toquestions from all levels within and outside the organization.6. Proficient in basic computer applications such as MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint and SAGE 50Accounting Software literate or with experience in using accounting software.Salary range: To be discussed during the interviewWork Location: Quezon Avenue, Quezon City
