Hire and document contractors and subcontractors9. Act as a liaison between clients and site managers/engineers10. Keep track of construction materials and inventory11. Identify potential financial or construction risks12. Advise clients on improvements, strategies, and/or estimated costs13. Prepare payments for contractors and subcontractors14. Document progress, materials, and reports on project15. Advise on property taxes, regulations, and local laws16. Source maintenance costs and facilities management for clients17. Develop and maintain working relationships with contractors and subcontractors18. Utilize software to calculate, record, and track inventory and estimates19. Analyze completed projects to determine ROI and compare costsQualifications:1. Graduate Bachelor of Civil Engineering or Architectural, Professional License (Passed Professional License Exam) in Engineering or Architectural.2. At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.3. Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.4. With at least 3 years experience in handling FIT OUT projects on site5. Experience in estimating and cost engineering with jobsite experience6. Knowledgeable in estimating software7. Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft applications.8. Excellent attention to detail.
